We are casting for talent in an upcoming series of live shows contracted by the local schools and cultural affairs department, and for corporate organizations including many schools and nonprofits.

Our season team will begin performing January 20th and end in March. The show is a unique blend of dance, martial arts, live music, and seasonal acts depending on artists available. Although we already have a great team, we are looking to add new talent to the team and are casting for anyone who has what it takes to join the team. In the past we have had swing dancers, circus performers, and fire artists many of which do join us from time to time.

This season we are looking for new talent for both principal performers and background performers. If you have any talent or have any skill that you would like to showcase that would be great, however if you don’t have any skills but have what it takes to learn new skills and train together to learn choreography, we are looking for background talent willing to learn.

We are seeking both artist who have movement experience, either dancing, martial arts, or those who can learn choreography to join our troop as background. The troop will be rehearsing December once a week for an hour rehearsal time tbd and pay is $25 per artist.

Shows will take place throughout the month of January, February, and March with call times to be determined. The call time is usually 2 – 3 hours with actual show time under 25 min sometimes even 15 minutes and the pay per show is from $100 – $150 cash ranging depending on event. Our pay structure is standard as we are non for profit show and are doing this for the community and to inspire the children and spectators who attend. In many events, food, and gas may be compensated.

Choreography should be easy to pick up for most performers with movement ability. For skilled artists, anyone who can back flip or do any acrobatic tricks or martial artists with exceptional skill, feel free to perform to the best of your ability, however we don’t want anyone getting hurt, and together as a troop we should be able to complete every show with principle talent performing more advance skills and background talent supporting them with choreography.
