Note: The work location is in Salem, Oregon. This is NOT a freelance position nor a remote position.
Our fast growing, multilocation business is looking to add a part time local marketing leader to our current team. The candidate we are looking for must be self-motivated, driven, creative, goal-oriented, innovative, work well in a team centered environment, be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, work on location, and be highly communicative. This position is for someone with a high level of energy, ready to be a team cheer leader and have a high level of professionalism, customer service and client relations experience, and who brings energy and a passion for success to their work.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
– Manage all social media platforms with creative and customer engaging content that aligns with our company vision.
– Support crossover campaigns within Marketing and teams to coordinate filming schedules and key activities.
– Lead internal promotions for employee engagement and morale.
– Work onsite to develop internal marketing, training, and culture videos.
– Champion brand exposure to our patients and employees (promotional products, selling materials, patient engagement events, sponsorships, etc.)
– Add to the company portfolio by capturing photos and videos to be used for marketing purposes.
– Assist with implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, preparing marketing materials, plans, and events.
– Track key performance indicators.
– Analyze performance and improve effectiveness of campaigns and events.
– Manage Marketing calendar to plan and track campaigns.
– Learn and understand patient needs and help build brand strategies that communicate a compelling message to drive our vision.
– Coordinate and plan employee events such as holiday parties, team building and offsite training, as well as evolving offsite marketing events.
– Be available as a resource for the Marketing Director with completing large projects.
What We’d Like You to Have:
– A degree in marketing and/or marketing experience is preferred, however not required.
– 2+ years marketing, branding, or related experience.
– Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Drive skills and abilities.
– Good working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), and tools with social media management experience preferred.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize certain tasks and projects.
– Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital).
– Strong project management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
– Quality experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc.
– Video filming and editing experience is required.
– Data management experience, ie. Excel.
– High quality design work and skill in writing copy.
– Excellent communication skills.
– HTML and web design experience.
